I have been on the struggle bus with my fitness and nutrition. I need help- what is something you do to get back on track with working out and eating right? I did 75 Hard last winter/spring. I have never been so dialed in, but if I am being honest, I have been a little off ever since. When 75 Hard ended, mentally, it felt like only doing one workout wasn’t good enough. I would have a cookie and struggle with binge eating more. I’m not sure how to really explain it, but I’ve just been “off” in these areas.
I don’t think I want to do 75 Hard again, but maybe I need a new challenge to jumpstart my motivation. I love that challenges give me a sense of purpose and a plan.
