Thursday is now Thankful Thursday. For the first month of my blog I did “Top 10” Thursday. Creating my Top 10 lists were fun to generate, but I was needing to do a post that was quicker to create due to the school year starting soon.
As you can read in the bible verse above, giving thanks in ALL circumstances is God’s will for my life. Above everything, I want God’s will covering every single aspect of my life.
I am thankful for my hubby, Martin.
Today I want to thank the Lord for my husband. Martin is a dreamboat, inside and out. He is easy on the eyes, but more importantly he is the ultimate life partner. His love for me could be the greatest blessing God has blessed me with. His love reminds me of my mother’s love for me. He is so patient with me, he forgives quickly, and he is so quick to reconcile (much quicker than me), and he gives me so much comfort and steadiness.
He works so incredibly hard at his job and is an exceptional provider for our family. He is brilliant and very innovative in his professional life. He takes care of his family and our home with extreme care and detail.
He cleans and loves a tidy home. I am so thankful to have a partner that helps in this area, because this is not my strong area.
He loves his kids. He is a wonderful caretaker of our kids. He holds high expectations for each of them, he plays catch, he spoils, he enforces, and he snuggles. He is quick to apologize and forgive with the kids. It is an honor to partner with him in raising these precious kids. Plus, my daughter looks exactly like him- so he makes BEAUTIFUL kids, just sayin’.
