These podcast are in no order. I love them all equally. I do stay up to date with each one! Now you know what I am doing while I am on all those walks- listening to one of these ten podcasts! Let me know of any podcasts that are a must listen that I don’t mention. I am always on the hunt for more! Enjoy!
1. The office ladies
Every office fan probably already knows about Office Ladies podcast. It is amazing. Angela and Jenna are so fun! The joy they have for “The Office” is on par with the joy I have for it. They give you so many behind the scenes details about each episode and have amazing guests. If you are an “Office” fan- you have to listen. And if you ever start watching the show, remember this podcast.

2. Parks and recollection
Parks and Recollection is to the show Parks and Rec as Office Ladies is to the show The Office. I LOVE the show Parks and Rec. It is so amazing. I honestly think if everyone watched this show the world would be a much better place. This podcast gives lots of inside information about each episodes. They really talk about the writing process and how each character was developed throughout the run of the show, which is so fascinating. They do use some language, so be careful with kids in the car.

3. michael scott podcast company
I know… I have a problem. I am an addict. Martin doesn’t understand my Office obsession. The Michael Scott Podcast Company is a gem! It is hosted by three guys that are obsessed like me. This podcast is different than Office Ladies because it isn’t about specific episodes. They do different themes and topics all based on the show. For example, they may do an episode about the best pranks on the show. Or an episode about all the Halloween episodes. My personal favorite podcasts are when they do drafts. They actually draft different scenes as their favorites. They had an entire episode where they picked the most cringe scenes from the show. It is hilarious to hear them argue and debate over their choices. Once again, if you are an Office lover like me, check them out. They have over 200 episodes- how do they keep coming up with things to talk about?

4. Back to the beach
Laguna Beach came out when I was in high school. Kristin and Stephen are around my age in real life. LB was so fascinating when I was younger. About a year ago, I discovered Laguna Beach (Seasons 1-2) were on Netflix. Naturally, I binged it in a week. It took me right back to high school. Then I did a quick search in my podcast app and what do you know?! Kristin and Stephen have a podcast breaking down each episode, called Back to the Beach. I will say their behind the scene details are VERY eye-opening. I wish I knew how fake/produced the show was when I was younger. They are also very fun and entertaining to listen to, they have matured a lot, but still have the same giant personalities.

5. The bestie breakdown
Listening to The Bestie Breakdown is like having a fun girlfriend chat over the most random, fun things. I found this podcast because of their own personal blogs. Shay and Erika each run very fun blogs. They post daily on their blogs and bring me joy each post I read. They are real life best friends just chatting. I will suggest reading their blogs prior to listening, you will have a much better understanding of what they are talking about if you do. Bonus- both women are very outspoken Christians. But not to worry, they have lots of spunk and are very relatable.

6. The Mental Mindset
I only discovered The Mental Mindset podcast a few weeks ago and I LOVE IT! Host Rob Dial is a very powerful, motivational speaker. It always feels like he is talking only to you, like he knows what is going on in your mind. When I started this blog a few weeks ago, I was so scared. My heart wanted to go for it, dive in, but my mind was anxious and very unsure. With prayer and podcasts like these, my mindset has shifted drastically to “I am going for it!” The episodes are quick and over a plethora of topics dealing with mindsets. I will warn you, he does use some language, so be careful when listening to this out loud with littles around.

7. Noah's Window
Noah’s Window is the only podcast that Martin and I listen together. Every morning as we are both getting ready in the bathroom, we have Noah’s Window playing. Noah’s Window is hosted by the lead pastor from our church and his wife, Mark and Mary Alice Hoover. They started this podcast when COVID hit. They wanted a way to still communicate and comfort people in the onset of a global pandemic. The knowledge these two have of the Word is incredible. Their joy in the Lord and each other is a wonderful blessing in our life. It is also a great way to start our day. This podcast would be a wonderful addition to your quiet time.

8. The Bible Recap
The Bible Recap podcast is a must if you are following her bible reading planned title, The Bible Recap. Tara Leigh Cobble created a guide to reading the bible in one year. It is amazing. I am about 250 days in and the bible has never made more sense to me. She has done her research, she knows the bible so well. Once you have done your daily reading, you turn on the podcast that goes with that day’s reading. In the podcast, Tara helps you understand what you wrote, how it relates to what you read yesterday, and helps you connect what you read with your life today. She ends each podcast with “He’s where the joy is!” It is so true, Jesus is where the joy is.
Side Note: She does have a book version of the podcast, if that is more your thing.

9. Kingdom Sexuality
I stumbled upon the Kingdom Sexuality podcast when I was trying to find a bible study on marriage. Through my google search I found this podcast. There are three hosts, two women and one man. They discuss all the topics (and I mean ALL) that come with marriage but built on a biblical foundation. They have over 130+ podcast episodes and over 100K followers on Instagram. They are really blowing up. I don’t listen to every episode they put out, but I do scroll through them and pick and choose which ones interest me or I think would be helpful in my marriage.

10. Verse of the Day on the Bible App
Okay- The Holy Bible App is not a podcast, but I do open the app everyday and listen to the verse of the day video/podcast. I am always so focused on my “Bible Recap” readings for the day, I enjoy the verse of the day that is not always related to my readings, but just a quick energy shot of the Word. They are always followed by a short reading and prayer. I love the whole thing. It is super easy to share the verse of a day with a friend too. Love that-an easy way to share the good news. For reference, I use the Holy Bible App that is created by Life.Church.
