I recently tried a *new to me* protein powder, Clean Simple Eats Sour Candy Watermelon. I absolutely love it. It is so tart and sweet. I have always gotten chocolate or vanilla, but it freaks me out to mix those flavors with water. I am not sure why, but I just can’t do it. So, I was very intrigued when I saw this flavor.
My back is not 100% back to pain free. HOWEVER, I have had some huge improvements in the past 2 weeks. The only change I have made is stretching every day. Ugh- while I am happy that it is helping, I am frustrated that I wasn’t disciplined enough to do this earlier and more often. It isn’t hard to do, Kari. C’mon.
I am in charge of Madley’s class Halloween Party. So, I have been brainstorming and planning for that. Does anyone have a great idea or something they’ve done in the past? Share it with your girl! I want this party to be a banger!

This morning, I am on the road to visit my bestie and her twin baby boys. Excited is an understatement. I am in awe of her right now. She is a mom to twin newborns with an almost 3 year old. What an absolute superstar! I can’t wait to spend the day with her and be an extra set of hands to hold some precious babies!
