September Health and Wellness Goals


Today I am sharing my checklist I created for each day of September to help me reach my goals for the month. I understand that life sometimes has other plans, so I am holding this with a flexible hand, knowing that I may have to recalibrate at times. But I love having a game plan to follow.


My Goals for September:

-Start Running again.

-Gain core strength through pilates.

-Establish healthy habits for a healthy back.

-Limit my snacking.

-Get outside as much as possible.


I encourage you to make some goals for September. I love the fresh start of a new month, it motivated me to get going and start new.
