This & That: Baseball Tournaments, Family Moves, Fitness Goals & Summer Fun

Today’s post is a little last minute. I am writing this as Martin is grilling steaks for dinner on Monday. I usually am a couple days ahead on the blog posts… not this week.

With that being said, I thought a little THIS and THAT post would be easy and fun.

THIS…

We spent the weekend in KC for Benny’s baseball tournament.

We had a lot of fun with the whole RedSox crew, but we had a tough pool and also didn’t play our best. Therefore, our weekend of baseball was cut short.

THAT…

My brother and his family moved to Las Vegas as of yesterday. We are all sad. But, we are excited for them and their new adventures. We are praising God for the years we got to live in the same town and for FaceTime.

THIS…

I am back on the wagon, the health wagon. After I completed 75Hard, I kind of lost track of my nutrition and fitness. I think that is normal after doing something so strict. However, I am back on the wagon of eating better, tracking my food more, and doing more organized workouts.

THAT…

I shared a few weeks ago that I bought some new running/walking shoes. And I can now officially say they are the greatest pair of running shoes I’ve ever had. My brother got a pair too, and he is a believer too! So, if you are looking for a pair- check out New Balances 1080s!

THIS…

We have so much fun stuff filling up our July calendar. It is shaping up to be a great back half of summer break!

THAT…
