Let’s Look: Low Level Goals for 2025

Every second Tuesday of the month I will be joining fellow bloggers writing about the same topic! It’s called Let’s Look. You can check out the Link Party here or here


For January, we are taking a look at our LOW LEVEL GOALS for 2025. I honestly had to look up what low level goals were. After my quick search, low level goals are daily habits you do that support your BIG goals. I can work with that. I didn’t spend too much time thinking about my low level goals, because when I did think too hard- the goals quickly went from low level to higher level. I had to type quickly and move on from one to the next.


Low Level Goal #1: Track my Food


We have a food scale, and I am weighing my food. I want to be more knowledgeable about not only what I am eating but HOW MUCH I am eating. I am really serious about this one, yall! I’m going to stick to it.


Low Level Goal #2: Track my Workouts


I do track my workouts using my monthly fitness stats, but that isn’t what I am talking about. I am talking about recording what lifts I do each week, the weight I use, and the reps I did. Recording those with the intention of doing more reps or higher weights the next week.


Low Level Goal #3: Eat the Same Foods


Now that I am tracking my food, I have found some great macro-friendly meals or snacks. I want to do better at being ok eating the same foods multiple times a week. It makes my life simpler and I know that I am eating food that is good for me.


Low Level Goal #4: Text Better


Texting is such an easy way to stay in touch with friends. I don’t use it near enough. I don’t want to be texting all day long, but a quick text everyday to say hi or check up on someone is so easy to do. I know it makes my day when friends send me those types of texts.


Low Level Goal #5: Appreciate Nature


This is kind of a strange one, hang in there. I want to appreciate God’s creations more. I want to plant new flowers, care for my potted plants. I want to be outside more, breathing fresh air. I want to bring plants into the house. I want to visit new places. I just want to slow down just a bit, put the stupid phone down and see the beauty that is around me.


And that, my friends, are my LOW LEVEL GOALS FOR 2025. I am pumped and so inspired to get these in action!
