It’s What’s Up Wednesday but a week early! Since next Wednesday (the last of the month) is Christmas day, I decided to move up WUW a week. Enjoy reading about all the what’s in my life right now!
I have found so many great topics that are discussed on this podcast.
Christmas shirts- that is all!!
I unfortunately developed some peroneal tendonitis in my left ankle. So I stopped this playlist about halfway. I am now doing seated weight training and the rower. Hoping a couple weeks of nursing will do the trick.
That’s a good question… I have recently been diving into fitness/eating habits topics. I have been reading articles/research. I have been finding podcasts to listen to on the subject matter. More of this to come in 2025.
I recently read through the book of Daniel. DANIEL is the man! He is so incredible. Daniel gets taken from his land and taken to Babylon. This was not where Daniel wanted to be, it was maybe the last place Daniel and his friends wanted to be.
But the cool thing about Daniel was it didn’t matter where God put him, Daniel was faithful. Daniel stayed true to his God. Daniel’s light was so bright, others couldn’t help but notice and start serving his God. The King Daniel worked for could tell Daniel was different, more so, Daniel’s God was the true God. Even when the King threw Daniel’s friends into the fiery furnace, God protected them. When the King threw Daniel into the lion’s den, God shut the mouths of lions. Daniel’s faith and courage was superhuman.
In a world where you feel pressured to conform to the culture’s views or political sides, Daniel gives us the blueprint on how to be strong and faithful. His story shows God’s protection and love for those who follow Him.
There is nothing that special about this post, but I really loved writing it. It really just captured life for me at this moment.
I also loved this post! I love habits, at least my good ones. Give it a read if you missed it yesterday.
Thanks for stopping by the blog today! I will see you back here on the blog tomorrow.
On these days I link up with fellow bloggers (Sheaffer & Shay) about what’s up with each of us.
