Miller Family Snapshot: Halloween 2024

Best Halloween Ever.

The only spooky part of our day was the morning rush out the door. We all started the day more Crankenstein, if you know what I mean.

But our day got much better very quickly. Benny rocked his big social studies test and the elementary kids had the best time at school, doing their school parties.

Luckily, my school celebrated Halloween the day before, so I got a little break from the festive fun at work on Halloween.

Here are a few pics of my school Halloween and school parties.

Baker’s alter ego in this costume….

How sweet is this angel?!

Look who is in the car rider line at school?! This kid…

After school, we all came home to a house that is fully decorated for the Halloween dinner that I was hosting! My mom and mother-in-law had decorated my house for Halloween.

How incredible does that look? The balloons, the mantle, the table… it all looked SPOOKTACULAR!

Dinner was so yummy! Everyone was so happy to be together, and the fun was just beginning. After dinner, the kids got all dressed up. Some dear friends came over and we trick-or-treated!

The night was so perfect. The weather was fall, the neighborhood was festive. It was so calm out, just the sounds of kids saying “trick or treat”, “thank you”, and lots of giggles. I kept telling everyone that I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie.

After trick or treating it was candy sorting and trading time!

It was just the best day- I ended the day by snuggling my angel girl to sleep… by candlelight glow sticks.

Halloween 2024 will be really hard to top! Heading into November already full of gratitude.
