Today is the day! It is Bedroom Swap day! The kids’ rooms are officially swapped and decorated. I took a few pictures and linked a few items. I hope I didn’t build up this reveal too much. They are just kid rooms and they picked out almost everything.
Welcome to the bunk room, Madley and Baker’s new shared room.
Just an FYI: I took down the SHORT blue curtains and put up some new greige linen ones. I didn’t get a picture of them, but here is the link!
THE bunk bed– We all love it so much! It is a perfect combination of cute and sturdy. I scoured the internet and struggled finding anything I liked, except for this one! It was a bit of a splurge but I needed it to be high quality for obvious reasons. Pottery Barn Kids did not disappoint, plus it comes with a white glove delivery, which means they assemble it too!!
Baker’s nook!
Madley’s nook!
Baker’s bed- How incredible is the quilt my mother-in-law made? Here is the link for the wall sconces and wall fan.
Madley’s desk and chair!
Baker’s desk and chair.
Madley’s bed! Another incredible DeDe quilt. Isn’t this the most comfy looking bed ever?!
Here’s the super organized closet! I am going to try really hard to keep it organized and separated.
So fun right?! I was a little unsure on how to decorate a boy/girl room where they both would be happy. They both have their own spaces and really enjoyed decorating those spots.
Now on to Benny’s room!
He just inherited Madley’s bed. And you guessed it… another Dede quilt! Benny loves his baseball quilt!
The mural that my mom painted for Benny! He got lots of compliments on this when his friends came over the other day.
Coolest bookless bookshelf ever!! He picked out all of these decorations. I think he did so good.
Lion and the Lamb (similar one)
Benny is nice and lets Madley store some of her things in the pink hanging shelves.
Benny’s desk!
I love his wooden basketball and baseball! Hopefully we can get around to patching all the holes from Madley’s old things.
Well- that is the bedroom swap. Thank you for coming to check out the new rooms.
See you tomorrow, blog fam!
