Friday Favorites: May 2, 2025

Friday is always a fav- every single week. However, this Friday is an extra favorite because today is Day 75 of the 75 HARD challenge! That’s right, after today I will have completed 75 HARD. Please head to instagram (@karimiller41) to follow along on my last day!

With that being said, let’s get into my favorite routine…

75 Hard is all about routine. You have to be in a solid routine day after day in order to accomplish each day’s to-do list. I’m not sure what my new routine will be after today, but I can tell you a couple things…

1. I will not be drinking a gallon of water. I think I will cut back to about ¾ of a gallon.

2. I will continue two workouts per day. However, some workouts will not be 45 minutes long. I did enjoy getting outside for one workout, so I will continue that as the weather is doable. I also am doing a walking challenge for May- walk every day in May.

This verse from Lamentations 3:22–23 is powerful because it reminds us that God’s love and mercy are unending, even in the darkest seasons. Written during a time of grief and destruction in Jerusalem, these words offer a surprising but profound hope. They highlight the truth that no matter how broken life feels, God’s compassion is renewed every single day. The phrase “great is your faithfulness” shifts our focus from our circumstances to God’s steady character. It’s a promise that we are never abandoned, and that fresh grace meets us every morning. This verse invites us to trust not in what we see, but in the goodness of the One who never changes.

 I couldn’t just pick one.

Love watching my Benny do something he loves with teammates and coaches he loves.

The post with the most views was my last What’s Up Wednesday post- and I don’t blame you. There was lots of good stuff in that post!

My personal favorite was my Zoey post! Love that girl so much!

That’s a wrap this week on the blog! Thanks for stopping by! Don’t forget to head to Instagram to see me wrap up 75 Hard!

Have a blessed weekend!
