Friday Favorites: June 13, 2025

Happy Friday!

I want to start by thanking you for visiting KMB today and this week! I checked how many views my blog has this week and I am just blown away! So many friends stopped by KMB and spent a few minutes of their day with me. I am truly honored. I hope that you leave KMB feeling a bit brighter and uplifted. With every push of the “publish” button, I pray over each post (even silly posts) that they can be a blessing to whoever finds it. I want God to get the glory and I want you to know Him more after reading my posts!

Easiest favorite ever. The kids and I got to babysit baby AJ. She is the most beautiful, happy baby. I mean, c’mon! 🥰

The Bible App’s Daily Refresh verse this week was Luke 18:14. It reads…

Jesus is telling a story about how a religious man and a tax-collector walked into the temple to pray. The religious man prayed, thanking God for not making him like the tax-collector. And the tax-collector prayed for God to be merciful because he was a sinner.

Jesus then tells us the outcome of those prayers- the tax-collector is exalted because he humbled himself.

Our world and nation would be 100% better if we all would recognize that we are all sinners ourselves, in need of a merciful God. I think, so many times, we focus on other people’s sins and not our own. We are quick to point out other’s mistakes and flaws and can become blind to our own. We need God’s mercy just as much as the next man. Be thankful for God’s mercy and grace, because none of us have earned it.

I did so well at not spending money this week. So nothing new that I purchased this week, except for Chemical Guys Sticky Icky Car Cleaning Gel.

Some other favorite Amazon finds from week’s past are…

I have loved this swim top. It comes in many colors and the straps are adjustable. I feel very covered, cute, and comfortable when wearing it.

I bought this roll-on shimmer for Madley, but I keep finding myself using it. It is so fun to roll some on my shoulders for some fun shimmer! Plus, the color is named Unicorn Dreams, which is incredible.

And this tank is STILL an absolute fav Amazon find! So many colors to choose from. It is of such good quality and washes well.

I heard from so many of you that you related to and needed to hear my GMWK (Get Merry with Kari) post this week. I agree- I needed to hear it and that is why I wrote it!
