WW: March Fitness Stats

75 Hard has me rolling out HUGE numbers for March. WOW- I am so proud of myself. I don’t think I have ever had numbers this high and may never have them this high again. I am so pumped! I upped my strength training with lots of progressive overload. I have gotten so much stronger.

The outdoor workout of 75 Hard has led to many walks in nature, so not only is my step count super high, but so are my spirits.

I know 75 Hard seems very daunting- it is changing my life. In the grand scheme of life, 2.5 months is nothing time wise, but if you want to turn your health around, master your mind when it comes to food and negative thoughts, or demand you do something positive for yourself (for once), I’d encourage you to think about doing 75 Hard.

You learn to manage your time so efficiently. Once you find a routine, you will find you have plenty of time in your day. You actually realize how wasteful you’ve been with your time.

Okay- I am getting off my soap box. Let’s get to the numbers…..(drum roll please)……

“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

I want exercise to be an offering of thanksgiving to God.
