Wednesday Wellness: What I Ate in a Day

Today for Wellness Wednesday, I am sharing everything I ate in a day. Last Thursday, I decided to document everything I ate that day. I took pictures and logged the food into My Fitness Pal. I’ll share both today!


Breakfast: Oatmeal with Strawberries and Cinnamon & Protein Shake (420 Calories)


Lunch: Cottage Cheese with Tomatoes, Leftover Grilled Chicken Thighs, and Pineapple (350 calories)



Snacks: Skinnypop Popcorn & Miss Vickie’s Jalapeno Chips (300 calories)


Dinner: Kevin’s Orange Chicken with White Rice (510 calories)


Grand Totals for the Day

Calories: 1,580 

Carbohydrates: 186 g

Fat: 37 g

Protein: 121 g


FYI: I did measure my portions out with our food scale.
