Wednesday Wellness: What I Ate Diary

Yesterday I documented everything I ate.


Here is my food diary from September 3rd. Enjoy.




Coffee: 6:00am

Starbucks K-Cup with splash of creamer



Super Green Drink: 7:30am




Breakfast: 10:00am

Plain Instant Oatmeal with strawberries, pecans, cinnamon, and fit butter. 

*Full disclosure: I also ate a leftover cinnamon roll from the kids’ breakfast.*



Lunch: 1:30pm

Supremely Spicy Sabra Hummus, Sweet Peppers, Carrots, Turkey Slice, and Cheese stick with Zevia Root Beer



Snack: 3:00pm

Organic Dried Mango and Fresh Watermelon (not pictured)



Dinner: 6:15pm

Buffalo Ranch Salad Kit with Spicy Chicken Tenders



Dessert: 6:45 pm

Yasso Mint Chocolate Chip Bar

That’s a wrap! I hope you found it, at least, interesting to see what I ate on this day. I wish I could tell you how many calories it was or how much protein I consumed, but I can’t. Didn’t count. Sorry about that.
