Another month of workouts, runs, and walks have come and gone. It is time for my monthly fitness stats.
I am just OKAY with my numbers. I find myself being less motivated to get up and go for a walk. I’m a little more tired than usual, my body is wanting to rest more. I don’t think that is a bad thing, but I would like to up my energy to where it was a couple months ago.
Luckily, my habit of moving my body is so set, I don’t think I could ever fall off the deep end and just not workout. I am thankful for that habit that I have established. I need to start “habit stacking” a bit more, add little bits of movement to my already solid habits.
If you are wanting to start this habit of working out- here is my weekly routine that has been pretty solid for over a year now.
Monday– Upper Body Strength
Tuesday– Lower Body Strength
Wednesday– Cardio
Thursday– Upper Body Strength
Friday– Lower Body Strength
Saturday– Cardio
Sunday– Active Rest Day (walks/stretches only)
Time for the numbers- here you go!
