I would really enjoy hearing what everyone does for workouts, so I thought some of you may think it is interesting to see what I do. Working out has been a constant in my life for as long as I can remember. I love being active. I added weight training to my routine about 5 years ago- I used to be a cardio maniac! That might be a story for another day.

Sunday (5/26/24)- REST DAY

Outdoor Walk: 1.65 mi.
Minutes of Exercise: 96 min.

Tuesday (5/28/24)
AM workout: Full Body Strength
Outdoor Walk: 1.11 mi.
Minutes of Exercise: 80 min.
Step Count: 10,020 steps
Wednesday (5/29/24)
Outdoor Run: 3.15 mi.
Minutes of Exercise: 49 min.
Step Count: 16,404 steps
Thursday (5/30/24)
AM workout: Lower Body Strength
Outdoor Walk: 1.08 mi.
Minutes of Exercise: 77 min.
Total Steps: 10,225 steps
Friday (5/31/24)
AM workout: Upper Body Strength
Total Minutes of Exercise: 58
Step Count: 14,601
Saturday (6/1/24)
Indoor Run: 3.13 mi.
Stretch: 14 min.
Outdoor walk: 0.88 mi.
Minutes of Exercise: 90 min.
Step Count: 16,542
That wraps up a full week of workouts! I would say this is a very typical week for me. My hope is that you can feel empowered or inspired to move your body more.
