May is just an absolute, never-ending, scheduling-filling, non-stop, joyride! I knew my fitness numbers would be down a bit in this month. Overall, tho, I am super proud of myself. I put up some respectable numbers, kept my body moving, and survived the month to tell the tale.
I hope you all are finding fun ways to move your body and be thankful for the wonderful gift our bodies are.

Summer is always a change in pace for me and my workouts. Since we were on vacation last week, I am not yet in the groove a summer workout routine. I am brainstorming and getting things organized.
