Wednesday wellness: January 2025 Fitness Stats

New Year, New Month. January’s numbers should be good, right? The motivation is high, endorphins start flowing. I am pumped about my January numbers. 


Fitness is just part of my overall wellness. I think God has blessed us with our bodies. When you think about it, the Holy Spirit is living inside of us. I want that to motivate me to take good care of my body. God has plans for me, I want to be in good enough shape to go and live out those plans! What a gift!



“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

 

I want exercise to be an offering of thanksgiving to God. 



January 2025 Fitness Stats


Total Minutes of Exercise:  2,697 minutes 

(+358 min from December)

 

Total Steps: 391,403 steps

(+25,091 steps from December)

 

Total Miles Walked: 177.11 miles

(+9.26 miles from December)

 

Runs Completed: 4

(-1 runs from December) 

 

Weight Training Workouts Completed: 23

(+5 more from December)



February will be filled with more STRENGTH TRAINING and hopefully some more outdoor walks with warmer weather. One can dream, right?

  1. I’m impressed!! That’s hard to do with how bad the weather has been with the snow/ice and cold. You’re going great!! I need to do better!
