February lasted forever, but it was gone in a blink. I started 75 Hard with one of my besties on February 17th. And we are proud to announce that we are still going strong and LOVING it. We both feel really good, lost some weight, and feel empowered by our self control in the diet department. I also dabbled with some different workouts. I have done dance, kickboxing, and pilates through Apple+. It has been fun to change it up a bit.
More to come on 75 Hard- I’ll try my best to keep you updated, I know you are on the edge of your seat… jk.
