Top Ten: The Office Episodes

Today I am going to be sharing my TOP 10 FAVORITE Office Episodes with y’all! This was a fun post for me and it was much easier than I predicted to pick my Top 10. I love almost all the episodes, so you can’t go wrong with any.

Enjoy my Top 10- Let me know your favorite episode!

Fun Run Pt. 1&2

(Season 4, Episode 1/2)

If someone asks me my favorite episode, I always say “FUN RUN.” This is the first episode of Jim and Pam finally together! It is so happy and satisfying. This episode is filled with laugh out loud moments. Andy’s nipple chafing and Michael “carb-o-loading” before the 5K. So good, y’all!

Dinner Party

(Season 4, Episode 13)

Dinner Party is a very close second in my favorite list. It is so, so, so funny! I will say I didn’t find this episode very funny the first time I watched it. It is very cringe-y. However, now that I know how “painful” the dinner party is, I can just enjoy all the jokes. The plasma TV and the game of charades are highlights.

The Negotiation

(Season 3, Episode 19)

The Negotiation is a jammed-packed episode. Jim is nearly attacked by Roy before Dwight saves him with pepper spray. Meanwhile, Michael and Darryl drive to NYC to negotiate a pay raise for Michael. Highlights were Michael accidently cross-dressing and  his “negotiation tactics.” This episode really moves the plot along.

The Job

(Season 3, Episode 23)

Another action packed episode! This episode sees Michael get “considered” for a corporate job. Michael is sure he will get it, so Dwight is selected to replace him as regional manager. Seeing Dwight in charge is so fun (Shrute Bucks) and hilarious! The highlight for me is when Jim FINALLY asks Pam out on a date at the end. Jenna Fischer who plays Pam, absolutely kills it!! Bring tears to my eyes every time.

Broke

(Season 5, Episode 25)

Michael Scott Paper Company is broke, but no one knows it. Dunder Mifflin is going to offer a buyout. Hello- this leads to Michael Scott’s return to Dunder Mifflin!! In this episode, Michael is portrayed as someone with actual brains. Most episodes are him acting like an insensitive idiot, hilarious tho. I love the episodes that give us a different dimension to Michael. My favorite moment was when Pam discovers Michael drinks “milk & sugar” with NO coffee, which makes me LOL every time.

Casino Night

(Season 2, Episode 22)

This finale episode is ICONIC! Jim and Pam have their first kiss, Michael has “two queens on casino night” and he “drops a deuce on everybody”.  This episode leaves us with a huge cliffhanger- what will Pam and Jim do after their kiss?!?

Stress Relief

(Season 5, Episode 14)

This episode is incredible. It is an episode that has solid laughs the entire time! OMG. This episode is a stand alone episode, it does not involve any plot movement. So you can just pull this episode up and watch it, you will not be confused about characters or plot. Dwight’s “too real” fire drill leads to so many great moments. I love them all! Then, the CPR training is so good. Just everything- you should watch this episode on a day when you feel a little down.

The Injury

(Season 2, Episode 12)

Burning your foot on a George Foreman grill- comedy at its finest! Also, a concussed Dwight is one of my favorites. I’m not sure how the writers came up with this one, but I am sure glad they did. So many jokes and sadly… “the gas station in Carbondale did not have fresh yams!”

Secret Santa

(Season 6, Episode 13)

I knew I wanted a Christmas episode on the list. This was my favorite of them all, but I LOVE all the Christmas episodes. They are all iconic in my book. I choose this one because I love Phyllis as Santa and the mix of drama and festive fun!

The drama being Dunder Mifflin has been bought out and the new owner is on the way- Jo Bennett (love her guest star stint). Plus, the ending of twelve drummers is so festive.

Goodbye, Toby

(Season 4, Episode 18/19)

Hello, Holly Flax!! We meet Holly for the first time in this episode! Andy and Angela get engaged when she says, “okay.” However, she hooks up with Dwight later in the episode, getting caught by Phyllis. This steals Jim’s thunder because he was going to propose to Pam. Michael starts to fall for Holly… adorable!! And Ryan gets fired and arrested. Yikes. So much plot movement in this season finale. It’s all so good!
