TOP TEN: Healthy Snacks

In today’s Top Ten post, I am going to be sharing my favorite healthy snacks! I think that is pretty self-explanatory, so let’s just dive in…



Hummus and Veggies


Sabra “Supremely Spicy” is my current favorite. Hummus is a great alternative to ranch or thousand island. Carrots and Peppers are my favorite hummus veggies.

YASSO BARS

These greek yogurt bars are AMAZING. I limit myself to one a day. Every flavor that I’ve tried has been so yummy, but cookie dough is my fave.


RICE CAKES w/ FIT BUTTER


I have only tried the cookie dough flavor, but that was enough for me… SO YUMMY! On top of a crunchy rice cake, it is the perfect afternoon snack!


I just checked out all the flavors of FIT BUTTER on Amazon- holy buckets there were so many. They all sounded delicious!




CHOMPS BEEF STICKS



Surely, everyone has tried CHOMPS by now. There are lots of different flavors and meats to choose from. The classic beef is my favorite. Ten grams of protein, yes please!


Fruit


If God made it, it is good enough for me! I love fruit and never feel guilty enjoying it. Don’t forget about this simple, delicious snack option!


Light & Fit Greek Yogurt



Those stats speak for themselves! Also, Greek yogurt freaked me out at first. I grew up eating “normal” yogurt. But, Light & Fit changed Greek yogurt for me! I eat one of these almost every day. I sprinkle a few dark chocolate chips and a pinch of protein granola- one delicious snack or breakfast!



Kodiak Protein Waffles w/ Peanut Butter


Another guilt free, high protein, chocolatey snack! Throw some peanut butter on it and forget about it! SO GOOD!



Nuts

Another SIMPLE snack idea you don’t want to overlook! My personal favorite is pistachios. Nuts are such a natural, unprocessed snack that fills you up and is delicious.


Cheesesticks



Mozzarella cheese sticks always hit. So good. Another simple, easy snack that is not just for the kids! Cheeseheads is my personal favorite brand.



Cottage Cheese w/ Tomatoes


Holy Moly- this snack is incredible. High protein and delicious tomatoes covered in salt and pepper. This may sound crazy, but it may be my favorite food. If the tomato part is yucky, you are the crazy one just do the cottage cheese!
