September? No, no, no… this year it is STEPtember! Want to join me in a fun walking challenge for the month of September?

September usually comes with cooler temps, football, allergies, and busy schedules. I want to make sure I don’t put my health on the back burner, so I thought it would be fun to do a walking/health challenge with others to help stay motivated!
Okay- Here are the rules for STEPtember! I am officially starting September 2nd (TODAY).
Find time to get outside and get a walk in. Notice the crisp morning air, walk at sunset, and find a beautiful nature trail.
Pick your daily step goals, share them with someone, then get to stepping!
My Step Count Goals
Weekends/Days I am not working=15,000
Working Days=10,000
You pick what you want to do, bodyweight, pilates, dumbbells, full body, lower body, upper body, abs. But make sure you get strength training in at least 3x a week.
Each day, open your bible or bible app and read a chapter of Proverbs. Let’s gain some wisdom this month!
Find a way to spread some light into this world. Share some joy on social media, send a text to a friend, write a letter, buy a teacher a coffee, etc. Find a way to share some light every single day this month.
