It’s been awhile since I did a Miller Family Snapshot. These posts are when I take a moment to give y’all a snapshot into a pretty big life event that happened. Vacations, holidays, birthdays are all examples of snapshots I have written in the past.
Today, I am snapshotting our day in Manhattan! On Saturday, we drove up and spent the day there. The kids (mostly Mads) participated in the NGWSD event that K-State Athletics hosts. With the help of current and (OLD) former women athletes. I feel honored that they ask me to help!
Then, after the clinic, we went to the K-State Women’s Basketball game. It was a great day with some of my very favorite people in one of my very favorite places. GO CATS!!
Enjoy!
My littlest baller!
The boys had so much fun in the practice gym, they had free reign of the place, so they thought they were pretty cool.
Pregame snacks! Baker got on the jumbotron too!
Mia’s first K-State Women’s Basketball game. She LOVED Willie, until he got a little too close.
When your best friends and you all have daughters that become best friends! This is one cute trio!
Always keeping an eye on Willie!
Kissy faces with my girl!
These girls had so much fun together!
Martin spoiled Baker with this chain. He’s already a pretty obnoxious K-State fan, so this tracks.
Love these women! We’ve made so many memories together, but I love that we keep making more.
So fun being in a packed Bramlage with these women! So thankful for our bond and friendship! So fun to see Kelsey and Jalana after so many years. We even reminisced about dribble cone drills, which brought me some anxiety thinking about it.
And that is a wrap on our day at K-State, a place that I love full well. IYKYK.
