Morning

Night

RETINOL CREAM & EYELASH SERUM

 

Fitness Routine: Daily movement is a must!

 

Monday: Leg Day & Walk

Tuesday: Arm Day & Walk/Run

Wednesday: Leg Day & Walk

Thursday: Arm Day & Walk/Run

Friday: Full Body Combo Day & Walk

Saturday: Core & Walk

Sunday: Walk
