Let’s Look this month is how we reset on Sundays for the upcoming week.
This post is tough for me, I definitely would not classify as someone that does this well. There are lots of Monday mornings where I feel very overwhelmed and underprepared for the upcoming week.
Knowing that, I totally understand if you don’t continue reading this post. 🙂 Or, stick around, and make yourself feel really good about yourself and how you reset on Sunday.
GROCERIES
On Sunday, I usually evaluate the grocery situation at the house. Usually, we are close to running out of the essentials on Sundays. I try to avoid grocery stores on Sunday due to the crowds, however, I am known to stop by the store on Sunday to get things for dinner that night.
I then order the rest of the groceries that we will need for the week.
PEEK AT THE CALENDAR
I always take time to see what is in store for the week. How many nights are we busy? Who has practice and when? I check school events or projects that might be due soon. I also check out the school lunches and determine which mornings I will need to make lunches.
ACTIVE REST DAY
Sunday is always my active rest day, which means I get to go on long walks. Love my long walks!
LAUNDRY PUT AWAY
Sunday is usually the day that I put away the 5 loads of laundry (FOR GOOD) that I have done throughout the previous week.
And that is how I reset for the week on Sundays. Send me some tips, I need help!!!
