It’s Friday, y’all! Spring Break is coming to an end (BOO!). However, I am going to remain thankful for a wonderful week with my family. Spring Break always ruins me just a bit, makes me so EAGER for summer break!
Enjoy some Friday Favorites!
My kids are still obsessed with Forrest Frank’s music. Here are a few songs that are on constant repeat.
Jesus is at the door, calling you by saying “HERE I AM.” Do you hear him? Open the door. Jesus doesn’t just barge in, force himself into your heart. Jesus wants you to open the door, invite him in. You don’t need to have your life in order, your sins under control, a perfect marriage, or well behaved kids. He just needs you to open the door, invite him into your life. Jesus will take all your shortcomings, sins, fears, anger, and worry. He can take whatever you can give him and change your life. All we have to do is open the door.
These four got so much quality time in during spring break. My kids are so blessed to have cousins on both sides that feel like best friends.
The kids have gotten back into fishing over spring break. Madley has never been into fishing until now. She is obsessed. Look at that proud smile after catching her biggest blue gill.
This was a pretty random Wednesday Wellness post, but this post had the most reads of any post this week. I’m glad people found it ‘clickable’ and worth reading.
I have started doing some pilates on my “rest” days. As you know, 75 Hard calls for two 45 minute workouts everyday for 75 straight days. Technically, there are no rest days until mid-May for me. I have enjoyed using pilates as a low impact workout. I have been using Apple Fitness for videos to follow.
I frequently found myself digging through the clean clothes in the dryer, searching for a clean pair of Bombas socks. It hit me one time, “why am I living my life like this? Just buy some more Bombas. You clearly love these socks. You definitely get your money’s worth out of them. There is a better way to live.”
So I bought some more.
Goodness, I love blogging with y’all! Thank you for coming day after day to read what my crazy head comes up with to share. Have a wonderful weekend!
