Hey y’all! It’s Friday! I hope you all had a great week. Tomorrow is March, I am excited for a new month. I pray you are too. Enjoy this week’s Favorites!
This verse stopped me in my tracks when I read it on Tuesday morning.
First off, Paul sets up Jesus here like he is announcing Michael Jordan in the starting lineup for Game 7 of the NBA Finals.
“ Christ Jesus, son of God, Conqueror of Death, THE right hand of God, standing at 6’6” Okay- the last part I made up.
But man Jesus sounds like the most powerful and awesome person in this verse. Then something wild happens. Paul says that the JESUS is interceding for us. I was pretty sure I knew what interceding meant, but I looked it up just to be sure. I was right. Interceding is to mediate or negotiate for us. Jesus himself is telling God how valuable we are, how unique our gifts are, how precious we are. YOU GUYS.
The son of God, the savior of the world is interceding for me and you! PRAISE THE LORD.
Monday afternoon, the kids all got home from school, and they were all giddy about playing outside. It was 70 and sunny. The kids played and played. The warm weather and sunshine did amazing things for our mental health. We blasted some music and just enjoyed the fresh air.
I know she looks like Martin, but there are times when it blows my mind how much she looks like her daddy. This picture is crazy. She is his spitting image.
This picture from 2019 was the first time I had photographic proof they were twins. Check out this cuteness.
I am going to go with my random things post. I was STRUGGLING to think of anything to write about. It was in the deep struggle I decided to not write about anything.
Walking in 60-70 degree weather is my favorite workout, always. Praise God!
Love y’all! See you Monday.
