It’s a Day in the Life Post! I documented Tuesday, March 11th. Enjoy a peek into our days!
You already know- I got an early start to the day! 4:45 am SHARP!
Took my progress pictures and apparently had enough energy to smile for this picture.
My first 16 oz of water are my preworkout and my creatine!
Always start my Quiet time with the bible refresh!
Hebrews 11 is known as the Faith Hall of Fame chapter! It was so fun reading about all the amazing old testament stories again. I am using The Bible Recap reading program.
I’m loving this book. Anyone else read it before? So many great tips and aha moments when I am reading.
My next 16oz of water are my GREENS. This is what I drink during my workout.
Today was upper body! Getting stronger every week- progressive overload, baby!
I finished the workout with a 3 minute dip in the ice barrel.
Packed Madley and Benny a lunch for school.
Benny and Madley also ate protein pancakes with peanut butter.
Baker, on the other hand, went with bacon and strawberries.
Don’t worry, I was already drinking my next 32oz of water, this time with my LIQUID IV. This round of water is my favorite every day. I love my LIQUID IV!
Dropped Benny off at middle school.
Got home and made myself a greek yogurt bowl, SO YUMMY. I also got Baker and Madley off to school.
After school drop off, I raced to the store to pick up my online grocery order. I put those groceries up and then walked Ruby to the vet for an appointment.
Finally got home and sat down and wrote a couple blog posts. I always take over Martin’s office when he’s not home.
I ate some lunch, did some laundry, and put up dishes. The fun stuff!
Then I took a long outdoor walk. It was beautiful outside! I wore a tank and shorts. WHAT!
I blogged a little more and did a bit more laundry before Benny got home!
Benny worked on some school work and ate snacks until…
Baker and Madley got home. Madley always drops her stuff right when she walks in and rips open her backpack to show me what she did that day. She is currently learning about the layers of the earth.I love her excitement!
I worked in Canva a little while kids were playing inside/outside. Benny likes to come and chat.

Benny made dinner for the second night in a row! Tonight was spaghetti and sautéed mushrooms and green peppers.
It tasted way better than this picture looks.
After dinner we played more outside, watched some basketball, took baths and showers, and headed to bed.
And that my friends is a day in the life!!

Kari, I would love to have more info on your workout you do and your supplements because over the last 4 years I’ve lost 129 lbs. I do my every day treadmill at home and I used to do the machines at the Y. Can you answer questions without it being for everyone to see? I am very interested but don’t know anything but cardio or the free weights I have at home.
