75 Hard has me rolling out HUGE numbers for March. WOW- I am so proud of myself. I don’t think I have ever had numbers this high and may never have them this high again. I am so pumped! I upped my strength training with lots of progressive overload. I have gotten so much stronger. 

We are busy people. We are always going from here to there. There are days when I wave to Martin from the car. He is just getting home from work and I am pulling out taking kids to practice. It can be hard to find time to spend with your own spouse, let alone friendships.
