75 Hard Challenge: wEEK 3

75 Hard Challenge- Week 3


Hello! I am into my third week of the 75 Hard Challenge. Here is a quick reminder of the 5 daily tasks that I must do every single day, for 75 days straight.


1. Drink a Gallon of water/day.

2. Read 10 pages of a self improvement book.

3. Follow a diet of your choosing.

4. Workout 2x/day. (one has to be outdoors)

5. Take a daily progress picture.

Diet I Chose: I decided to record everything I ate into MyFitnessPal, and come in caloric deficit every day. I am also not really trying to lose weight, just get stronger.

This week overall…


Surprise Findings:

  1. It is hard to be stuck inside all day long and not overeat. The cold temps are so dangerous that we can’t go outside or go about town. It is just too cold. So I got a little bored and maybe had too many snacks. It definitely caught up to me on Tuesday’s weigh in. 

  2. The Energy Program will wrap up mid-next week. So I need to find another program to follow. Energy was 22 workouts.

  3. I missed the sunshine. Not being able to be outside for a few days did put me in a funk. I miss the fresh air and sunshine.
