3 things on Thursday: February 6

Welcome to the first ever 3 THINGS ON THURSDAY! 


For the next four Thursdays (maybe more), I will be sharing three things, each week will cover a different theme.



As you can see, today I will be sharing 3 things I do every single day!


LIQUID IV + CREATINE DRINK

Everyday, I make my morning water bottle. And everyday, I add one Liquid IV packet and one scoop of my creatine. Not only is this drink DELICIOUS, it has made me feel so good. My skin has never been better and my monthly moods have been so manageable. 


WALK

I find time to walk every single day. Some days I can get a 2 mile walk and others it is just a 10 minute quick one. But every day I walk. If the walk is outside, that is even better. Walking helps me clear my head, feel calm, and no matter how short or long the walk is, I always feel like it was a good use of my time.


WEAR TENNIS SHOES

There will never be a day that you don’t see me in tennis shoes. I’ve decided that life is just too short to wear uncomfortable shoes. My clothes revolve around the thought, “Can I wear tennis shoes with this?” If the answer is no, then I do not buy it.
